The LocoTech Group of Companies has started to consolidate the managed assets under a single brand. Thus, TMKh-Service LLC was renamed to LocoTech Service. The corresponding record has been made in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on September 29, 2017. 

As we have previously informed, LocoTech-Service is the largest service structure, which provides maintenance of traction rolling stock of the Russian railways. It has a branched subsidiary network. The company operates on the basis of more than 90 service locomotive depots throughout the country.  

In addition, Trading House TMKhS LLC has been formerly renamed to Trading House LocoTech LLC.  

Renaming of the companies managed by LocoTech takes place within the implementation of the programme of asset consolidation and strengthening of the LocoTech brand, bringing the names of group companies to uniformity and optimization of management and administrative decisions. It is planned that this process will be completed in 2018.  

Renaming will not affect production operations and enterprise employees, no staff reductions are planned in connection with this procedure.
