In accordance with the labour law of the Russian Federation the company provides social guarantees to all employees without exception, regardless of the position:

• work in accordance with the employment contract,
• timely pay, sick pay and leave
• providing funds for tax deductions
• safe working conditions corresponding to the established regulatory requirements
• equipment, tools, technical documentation, and other tools necessary for execution of labour duties.

Additional social guarantees for employees of LocoTech-Service LLC and JSC Zheldorremmash are governed by the relevant collective agreements.
