28.09.2017 | Top-manager of LocoTech entered the ranking of the best for the first time

Deputy General Director for Human Resources and Organizational Development of LocoTech LLC Natalia Pletenetskaya entered the annual "Top 1000 Russian Managers" ranking according to the Association of Managers and Publishing House Kommersant. Rating has been published in Kommersant newspaper on September 28, 2017.

Natalia Pletenetskaya took the 2nd place in the rating of HR leaders in the "Mechanical Engineering” category. Today she took part in a press conference dedicated to the presentation of the 2017 rating results.

Head HR of LocoTech Group of Companies spoke about trends in the top management labour market in the era of universal digitalization.

Natalia Pletenetskaya noted: "We live in the period of industry 4.0. This time dictates the need to develop the certain skills and knowledge of the leaders. These include the ability to work in a virtual environment, ability to quickly make decisions and find the way around the most modern trends in management and economics. The professionals who can effectively apply these skills in the complex processes of our business are important to us".

Under the guidance of Natalia Pletenetskaya LocoTech has improved the personnel management system, developed and introduced a unified system of motivation of remuneration, single version of the collective labour agreement for employees of Zheldorremmash and TMKh-Service (parts of LocoTech), created a strategic personnel reserve and youth personnel reserve, Code of corporate culture, mission and values of the company.

In addition, the youth unions at the LocoTech enterprises are formed and actively developing. The company regularly hosts competitions of professional skills for employees of factories and depots, which allow to identify the best employees and raise the prestige of working trades.
