Yury Degtyarev, who had previously occupied the position of Deputy Director General, has been appointed as a Director General of LocoTech LLC on July 10, 2017.

Alexey Belinsky, who has been the company CEO since 2012, assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of LocoTech and will focus on strategic development of the Group of Companies.

Decision to appoint Yury Degtyarev for the position of Director General comes due to the implementation of a large-scale programme for LocoTech development, as well as forging new business model, which would be the most efficient and adaptive to rapidly changing economic situation.

Yury Degtyarev has nearly 20 years of experience in managerial work in manufacturing companies. Prior to joining LocoTech in 2016, he occupied the position of first Deputy Chief of the State Unitary Enterprise Moscow Metro on passenger work.

From 2001 to 2010 he was a head of several production companies - Microtech, Contactor, Rosenegromash. From 2010 to 2013 he worked in OJSC Central PPK on the position of Deputy Director General.
