16.06.2017 12:00:00 | Ulan-Ude LVRZ in January-May increased the number of locomotive sections released after overhaul by 15.2%

Ulan-Ude locomotive and car repair factory (UU LVRZ, part of LocoTech Group) in January-May 2017 increased the number of locomotive sections of JSC RZD released from overhaul by 15.2% (or by 41 sections) compared to the same period in 2016. Therefore, the customer’s task has been exceeded by 16 sections.

Including during the 5 months of 2017 UU LVRZ released 260 locomotive sections of series 2ES5K, 3ES5K after overhaul, that by 185.7% (169 section) more than in 2016. 
Increasing of the production rate is due to the increased volumes of freight traffic and the increasing needs of JSC RZD - the main customer of LocoTech GC. 

In addition, on the basis of operations of Ulan-Ude LVRZ in May 2017 at scheduled release after repair of 63 locomotive sections the actual performance amounted to 64 sections - the plan was exceeded by 1 section. Regularity of locomotive release in the first ten days of the month amounted to 16 sections compared to 12 a year ago.
