The experts from Hitachi, Ltd. Research & Development Group have been presented the Clover Group's experience in transport digitization throughout the life cycle. Alexey Belinsky, Board Chairman of 2050.DIGITAL, spoke about the largest project in Russia and Europe for digitizing railway transport service maintenance, the Smart Locomotive system, implemented in the LocoTech Group since 2016.

The Smart Locomotive project develops based on an intelligent system developed by the Clover Group. The system predicts failures of the rolling stock with an indication of a specific equipment unit, monitors abnormal conditions and automatically displays information about the technical condition of the equipment. The solution covers 6 series of diesel locomotives and 6 series of electric locomotives. Currently, the system operates in 51 service depots on 7400 sections of locomotives. 

Denis Lisin, Executive Director of the Clover Group, also presented the Clover SmartMaintenance solution, a logical continuation of the equipment technical condition forecast for risk-oriented production asset management, to the Hitachi, Ltd. Research & Development Group employees. Its launch is scheduled for 2019 at the Eastern testing ground of Russian Railways.
