LocoTech Group has established two subsidiaries - LocoTech-Electromachine Division (LocoTech - EMD) and LocoTech - Diesel Division (LocoTech - DD). New structures are formed on the basis of JSC Zheldorremmash, which is managed by the Group. 
  
The LocoTech-EMD subsidiary will have seven separate divisions: in Astrakhan, Rostov-on-Don, Orenburg, Ulan-Ude, Ussuriysk, Chelyabinsk, Yaroslavl. LocoTech-DD units are established in Astrakhan, Orenburg and Ussuriysk. 

The purpose of creating new subsidiaries is to continue the process of giving the divisions real assets, creating single centres of competence for repairing electric and diesel engines to control the reliability and costs of these units throughout the entire life cycle of a locomotive. 

In 2017 the LocoTech Group switched to the divisional system of operations. This was done to increase transparency and manageability of the business, redistribute orders and optimize capacity, develop competencies and replicate best practices, as well as to increase productivity. Four divisions have been created - foundry, mechanical, electromachine, diesel. Currently, the total effect of their operations is estimated at 3.5 billion rubles.
