On November 30, 2018, the official opening of the Locotech Expert Common Service Centre took place in Barnaul. With its creation, more than 400 high-tech jobs appeared in the region.

LocoTech Expert is a Common Service Centre (CSC), established to provide accounting services for Locotech Group, a large holding in the area of railway engineering. The Main CSC goal is to improve the quality of reporting and centralize the accounting functions.

“LocoTech Expert is an important point of our programme of improving the efficiency of LocoTech support functions. Its creation will allow to introduce a uniform service standard for the group's enterprises throughout the country, improve the quality of reporting and reduce the time it takes to generate it”, said Natalia Pletenetskaya, Locotech Deputy Director General for personnel and organizational development.

To date, about 100 LocoTech divisions are already serviced by the CSC. It is planned to complete the full transfer of the function by the end of the year.
