Since October 15, 2018, Alexander Mavrin has been appointed Director General of LocoTech LLC, who previously held the position of Deputy Director General for Operations. 

Yuri Degtyarev, who was the company's Director General since July 10, 2017, will take the position of the head of Roslocomotiv CJSC and will focus on the formation and strategic development of the locomotive division of the united Transmashholding and LocoTech group. 

As a Director General, Alexander Mavrin will continue to improve the operational efficiency of servicing and repairing locomotives and further technological upgrading of enterprises in LocoTech Group of Companies.

His experience and competence will be in demand in solving problems of improving the reliability and technical readiness for operation of the locomotive fleet of Russian railways. 

Alexander Mavrin graduated from Rostov Transport State University with a degree in Economics and Management at the Railway Transport Enterprise.

From 2011 to 2014 he served as director of the Rostov-on-Don Electric Locomotive Repair Plant, a branch of JSC Zheldorremmash. 

In 2014 - 2016 he worked as director of the Ulan-Ude Locomotive Car Repair Plant - a branch of JSC Zheldorremmash.

In 2016, he was appointed Deputy Director General for factory repairs of Locomotive Technologies LLC. 

Since July 2017 he has been Deputy Director General for Operations of LLC LocoTech.
